Spitting fire, brimstone, and Orthodox zeal, The Preacher is a rabid fanatic who drives the warband into a righteous killing frenzy. Draped in heavy, mud-caked religious robes, he clutches a massive book of scripture in one hand, bellowing sacred verses over the roar of artillery to push the Cossacks to impossible feats of violence. Held high in his other hand is his iconic staff—crafted from the casing of an unexploded dud bomb that miraculously failed to kill him. Tucked beneath his sacred vestments are rows of unstable, homemade chemical grenades, ready to be hurled into enemy lines as he transforms the battlefield into a burning altar of divine judgment.
