Shipping Policy
Dispatch Time
If all the items you have ordered are in stock, we will dispatch your order the next business day if it is ordered before 12:00 p.m., or the day after if it is ordered after this time. We dispatch items daily, Mon-Fri (excluding UK Bank Holidays and Public Holidays).
Splitting Orders
By default, we will not split any orders. This means if you place an order with a mixture of backordered or pre-ordered items and in-stock items, we will wait until all of the items in your order are available before shipping the whole order out to you.
If you need the order split, you will need to contact us, and there may be an additional shipping charge for this, depending on the value of your order.
Pre-Orders
If any items on our website are available for pre-order. This means the item is not yet in circulation, but has been announced by the publisher/creator.
If we receive these items from the supplier before the expected release date, wherever possible, we will dispatch these items to arrive no earlier than the release date, due to stipulations within our suppliers' contracts.
Occasionally, the release date of an item may change. As such, the release dates given on pre-orders on our website are not a guarantee of a delivery date.
Delivery
All of our domestic orders are sent via tracked Inpost services. If you provide us with an email address at checkout, the courier will send a tracking link to that email.
This means you can see where your orders are at every step of the way! If you believe an order has become 'stuck' (staying in one status for more than 3 days), please get in touch with us, and we'll get in touch with the courier to resolve the situation.
Our delivery estimates are only estimates based on the vast majority of parcels, and are not a guarantee. Orders taking longer to be delivered are rare, but they can happen. In these situations, we will not refund the delivery costs.
If you aren't in when the delivery is attempted, a card may be left by the courier letting you know what's happened. In most cases, a redelivery will be attempted the next day, and you can visit the courier's website to make changes like having your parcel delivered to a neighbour.
Please see InPosts own shipping policies for current details on steps they may take in case of a failed delivery. These policies can change often, depending on current load, weather conditions, time of year, etc.

Free Shipping
The service used for Free Shipping will be at our discretion, and can vary based on the value of the order, its contents, its location, and its weight. It is free for any address within Mainland UK (excluding NI). The majority of the time, this will be InPost services.
Local Pickup
There is no option for local pickup or collection.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, due to the introduction of the EU GPSR regulations, we currently do not ship outside of mainland UK (which includes not shipping to Northern Ireland).
Aerosol Shipping
In order to ship aerosols, even within the UK, a Dangerous Goods license is required. Currently, we don't possess one of these, and as such, we're unfortunately not able to ship aerosols.
As such, if any aerosol item is added to your cart, there will be no shipping options available, but you will still be able to select Local Pickup if you live locally.
